Dashboards and reports
Built around the decisions they support, with the definitions agreed before anyone argues about a total.
A dashboard is easy to produce and hard to trust. The difference is almost never the visuals: it is whether the model underneath answers the follow-up question, and whether the numbers still reconcile at month end. We build Power BI and Microsoft Fabric solutions on top of the systems you already run, then teach your team to extend them.
Power BI is easy to start with and easy to get wrong. Most of the reporting we are asked to rescue looks fine until someone filters by a second dimension, or until finance and operations arrive at two different totals for the same month.
Our work concentrates on the part nobody sees: the data model, the refresh, and the definitions everyone has to agree on before a number means anything.

“They were the easiest to start working with right away without confusing contracts, retainers, and signing documents before we could get started.”
Most engagements combine three things: a model that can be trusted, reports built on top of it, and enough transfer of knowledge that you are not dependent on us for every change.
Microsoft Fabric enters the picture when volume, real-time needs or a growing number of sources make a plain Power BI dataset the wrong place to keep the logic.

Reports surfaced in your own portal, scoped so each partner, member or community sees only their own data.

How It Works
Short cycles, with something you can click on early rather than a big reveal at the end.
We agree the decisions the reporting has to support and the definitions behind each metric.
Sources are connected and modelled, with history retained where trends matter more than today’s number.
Reports and dashboards are built in short iterations, reviewed with the people who will use them.
Numbers are reconciled against the source systems until finance and operations agree on the same totals.
Your team is trained on the model as it was actually built, then owns it with our support available.

For most mid-market reporting, Power BI with a well-built model and a warehouse behind it is enough. Fabric earns its place when you have many sources, large volumes, real-time needs, or data engineering that should not live inside a report.
Yes. We regularly report straight off ERP systems and their APIs, including SAP Business One, and we can stage the data first where the ERP should not carry the query load.
Yes. Reports can be embedded in your own portal and scoped per organization or per user, which is how community and partner portals we have built keep each group to its own records.
We train your team. Sessions run on your own data and your own model, and clients regularly go on to build further reports themselves. Team training is also available on its own through our corporate training.
That depends on how many people consume reports and whether anything is embedded for external users. We work it out during discovery, and we will tell you when a cheaper licensing route gives the same outcome.
Often, yes. We start by reviewing the model rather than the visuals, because that is usually where the mistrust originates. Sometimes the answer is a rebuild, and we will say so plainly if it is.
